Rule 41

This notice has been published on AEIA’s website in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.

This notice is to advise the members of AEIA that on 19 May 2014, AEIA held a Special General Meeting at which it was approved to amend the AEIA’s governing Rules to comply with new financial reporting requirements.

AEIA will lodge a notice with the Fair Work Commission setting out the particulars of the alterations.  The AEIA expects to receive confirmation of the Rule alterations soon.

This notice has been published on AEIA’s website in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.

This notice is to advise the members of AEIA that on 30 November 2012, AEIA held a Special General Meeting at which it was approved to amend the AEIA’s governing Rules to allow endorsement of documents by way of email.
