Workplace Relations Advisor

Live Performance Australia (LPA) is the peak employer body for Australia's live performance industry, with over 400 Members across Australia. Our membership includes producers, music promoters, performing arts companies, venues and service providers.

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to provide IR assistance, support and advice to our members.

The role requires demonstrated experience in:

  • Award Interpretation
  • Sound knowledge of employment & workplace relations laws
  • Practical Workplace Relations problem solving
  • Provision of (timely/accurate) advice to members/stakeholders
  • Participation in union consultation & dispute resolution
  • Strong commitment to client services & teamwork
  • Commercial focus
  • Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work Co-operatively as a member of a small team.

Experience in Work Health and Safety requirements and/or Vocational Education and Training issues would also be highly regarded.

An attractive salary of $70k plus super (negotiable) will be offered, along with further opportunities for growth and development.
