Workplace Relations Advisor
Full-time Position 

Live Performance Australia (LPA) is the peak body for Australia’s live performance industry, with over 400 Members across Australia. Our membership includes commercial producers, music promoters, major and ‘small to medium’ performing arts companies, independent producers, major performing arts centres, commercial theatres, arenas and stadiums, arts festivals, music festivals and service providers such as ticketing companies and technical suppliers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, team player with working knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations environment.
The role requires demonstrated experience in:

  • Workplace relations, human resources or a similar field
  • Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders eg members, government, board etc
  • Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines.

Experience in Work Health and Safety requirements and/or Vocational Education and Training issues would also be highly regarded.
An attractive salary of $60k plus super (negotiable) will be offered, along with further opportunities for growth and development.
